Overclaud is a configuration package for Claude Code, the CLI tool by Anthropic. When you purchase Overclaud, you receive a license key that installs skills, commands, agents, rules, hooks, and a self-improving harness into your local ~/.claude directory. Overclaud is not a standalone application, SaaS product, or hosted service. It is a set of configuration files that enhance an existing tool.
Overclaud requires an active Claude Pro or Claude Max subscription from Anthropic. We do not provide the AI model, API access, or compute. Anthropic provides the AI; Overclaud provides the configuration layer.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Overclaud on all devices you personally own and operate. You may install it on your desktop, laptop, and cloud development environments. You may not share your license key, redistribute the configuration files, or resell access.
Overclaud is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or usage charges. The price at the time of purchase is the total cost. Payment is processed securely through LemonSqueezy. All prices are in USD.
Your license includes all future updates to the Overclaud configuration at no additional cost. Updates are delivered automatically via the built-in auto-updater, which checks for changes every 6 hours. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
All sales are final. Because the product is delivered and activated instantly upon purchase (your license key deploys the full configuration immediately), we cannot offer refunds. The entire product is delivered at the point of sale; there is nothing to "return."
Overclaud is designed to work with the current version of Claude Code at the time of each update. If Anthropic makes breaking changes to Claude Code, we will push compatibility updates. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility if Anthropic fundamentally changes or discontinues Claude Code.
Support is available via email at [email protected] and through the Overclaud Discord community. Support covers installation issues, license key problems, and configuration questions. We do not provide support for Anthropic's Claude Code itself, your IDE, or your operating system.
Overclaud is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or interruption of development workflows. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Overclaud after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
